What's the difference between advice, guidance, and counseling?

The difference between advice and guidance is that advice is an opinion recommended or offered, as worthy to be followed; while guidance is the act or process of guiding with credible information. Guidance helps an individual make the best choices, while counseling helps them change their perspective and is "curative".
